Tanja Wieringa
'Hoe klanten de weg wijzen naar een duurzaam business model' 

Tanja Wieringa is een gecertificeerde coach bij ScaleUpNation en vroegere Chief Marketing Officer Health, Consumer Division bij Philips. Tanja vertelt over haar ervaringen bij Philips waar men werd geconfronteerd met een steeds kritischer wordende klant. Dit leidde tot nieuwe inzichten en een nieuw businessmodel.
De kern van dit model was een deelconcept en samenwerking met andere partners in de keten. Tanja vertelt over hoe deelconcepten een oplossing kunnen zijn voor pricing issues en hoe zij een belangrijke versneller zijn in de transitie naar een circulaire economie.
Nina de Korte 
'Impact maken met behulp van steward-ownership'

Nina de Korte is co-auteur van het boek ‘Toekomstbedrijven’ over steward-ownership, is gastdocent en veelgevraagd spreker over ondernemerschap. Nina vertelt over hoe steward-ownership een ondernemingsvorm is waarbij de controle van het bedrijf niet bij aandeelhouders ligt, maar bij stewards. Stewards committeren zich aan het doel van het bedrijf en zorgen voor het voortbestaan. Nina heeft praktische voorbeelden van steward-owned bedrijven en vertelt hoe een steward-owned model een manier wordt om een duurzaam businessmodel mogelijk te maken en meehelpt om impact in een regio te maken. 
Erik Stam
'Regionale condities voor ondernemerschap om maatschappelijke missies te realiseren'

Erik Stam is hoogleraar Strategie, Organisatie en Ondernemerschap  aan de Universiteit Utrecht. In samenwerking met Impuls Zeeland, en de onderzoekers van het project Enabling, Societal Missions through Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (ESMEE) onderzoekt Erik op welke manier ecosysteemontwikkeling ten dienste kan staan van maatschappelijke missies. Erik zal ingaan op de relatie tussen ondernemerschap en maatschappelijke missies. Ook vertelt hij hoe we met een data- en dialooggedreven aanpak tot een meer effectieve regionale aanpak kunnen komen. 
Tijdens de lunch
Tijdens de lunch kun je op de inspiratiemarkt in gesprek gaan met onderzoekers, docenten en studenten van de HZ. Je leert hoe we ondernemers betrekken bij onderwijs en onderzoek en kunt direct bijdragen aan enkele van de lopende projecten. Je kunt onder meer: 
 
  • In gesprek gaan met Impuls Zeeland en onderzoekers van het project 'Esmee' over hoe het Zeeuwse ondernemersecosysteem bijdraagt aan de agri-food transitie
  • Kennismaken met de HZ Food Community
  • Bijdragen aan het impactonderzoek van publiek-private samenwerkingen
  • Leren over de plannen en samenwerkingen van de hogescholen verenigd in het Nederlands Lectoren Platform Ondernemerschap (NLPO)
  • De laatste inzichten meekrijgen over ondernemende mindsets en hoe je deze kunt ontwikkelen.
Middagprogramma
Naast de officiële handelingen die horen bij een inauguratie wordt 's middags de Changemaker Award uitgereikt.  

In dit programma-onderdeel maak je kennis met de changemakers van de HZ. De HZ Changemaker is een (oud)student of docent/medewerker van de HZ die op uitzonderlijk ondernemende wijze bijdraagt aan de maatschappelijke missies.
Hij of zij maakt het verschil door vanuit zijn of haar passie en in samenwerking met anderen acties te initiëren en zo creatieve en duurzame oplossingen aandraagt ten gunste van de brede welvaart vandaag en in de toekomst, in Zeeland en daarbuiten. 

Jury kiest de winnaar

In aanloop naar de uitreiking is er actief campagne gevoerd om de changemakers te vinden en in de spotlights te zetten. Op 24 mei wordt de Changemaker van 2024 bekendgemaakt. Een jury kiest de winnaar.

'How customers lead the way to a sustainable business model' 

 Tanja Wieringa is a certified coach at ScaleUpNation and former Chief Marketing Officer Health, Consumer Division at Philips. Tanja talks about her experiences at Philips where they were confronted with an increasingly critical customer. This led to new insights and a new business model. The core of this model was a partial concept and cooperation with other partners in the chain. Tanja talks about how partial concepts can be a solution to pricing issues and how they are an important accelerator in the transition to a circular economy.

'Making impact through steward-ownership'

Nina de Korte co-authored the book 'Future Companies' on steward-ownership, is a guest lecturer and speaker on entrepreneurship. Nina talks about how steward-ownership is a form of enterprise where control of the company lies not with shareholders, but with stewards. Stewards commit to the company's purpose and ensure its survival. Nina has practical examples of steward-owned companies and talks about how a steward-owned model becomes a way to enable a sustainable business model and help make an impact in a region. 
Erik Stam

'Regional conditions for entrepreneurship to realise social missions'

Erik Stam is professor of Strategy, Organisation and Entrepreneurship at Utrecht University. In collaboration with Impuls Zeeland, and the researchers of the Enabling, Societal Missions through Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (ESMEE) project, Erik is investigating how ecosystem development can serve societal missions. Erik will discuss the relationship between entrepreneurship and societal missions. He will also talk about how we can use a data- and dialogue-driven approach to achieve a more effective regional approach.

During lunch, you can interact with HZ researchers, lecturers and students at the inspiration market. You will learn how we involve entrepreneurs in education and research and can contribute directly to some of the ongoing projects. Among other things, you can:  

  • Engage in a conversation with Impuls Zeeland and researchers from the 'Esmee' project about how Zeeland's entrepreneurial ecosystem contributes to the agri-food transition
  • Getting to know the HZ Food Community
  • Contribute to the impact research of public-private collaborations
  • Learn about the plans and collaborations of the universities of applied sciences united in the Dutch Entrepreneurship Lecturers Platform (NLPO)
  • Get the latest insights on entrepreneurial mindsets and how to develop them.
Afternoon programme

In addition to the official acts associated with an inauguration, the Changemaker Award will be presented in the afternoon.  

In this part of the programme, you will meet the HZ Changemakers. The HZ Changemaker is a (former) student or lecturer/employee of HZ who contributes to the social missions in an exceptionally entrepreneurial way.
He or she makes a difference by initiating actions based on his or her passion and in collaboration with others, thus providing creative and sustainable solutions for the benefit of broad prosperity today and in the future, in Zeeland and beyond. 

Jury chooses the winner

In the run-up to the award ceremony, an active campaign was conducted to find the changemakers and put them in the spotlight. On 24 May, the Changemaker of 2024 will be announced. A jury will choose the winner.
