The aim of the workshop is to give a starting point to reflect on your work and life skills and how you can adapt these to the opportunities and challenges of life as an expatriate partner.
By the end of the workshop, you will learn how to:
- Review your career drivers, passions and values.
- Reflect on the ideal work environment.
- Identify your competences, talents, strengths and transferable skills.
- Pinpoint the ingredients of your success and determine what is important in your career.
- Define your target job or explore different career options.
- Plan your roadmap with concrete actions and practical implementations.
- Position yourself with more impact to secure your success.
- Develop a growth mindset.
The content will be a mix of interactive, practical and informative sessions. Between the workshop it is advised to work on the tools at home in pairs or alone.
Who
Partners of TU Delft employees who are interested in learning how to unlock their potential. We recommend to first attend the Partner Career Workshop before you enroll for Unlock your Potential.
When
This workshop consists of a series of 4 meetings, scheduled on:
- Monday 11 October: 10 – 12:15hrs
- Wednesday 13 October: 10 – 12:15hrs
- Monday 25 October: 10 –12:15hrs
- Wednesday 27 October: 10 – 12:15hrs
For getting better results we advise you to reserve time in your agenda to work on the exercises (by yourself and/or with your buddy). You will receive the exercise workbook prior the first session.
The last 15 min of the session are for questions.
Location
Online video group call - details will be announced to participants after enrollment, at least 3 days before the workshop takes place.
Language
As all of our workshops are taught entirely in English, participants must demonstrate a good command of the English language, both spoken and written (comparable with Cambridge level B2).
