| 2022 Pro2Tech Annual Event in honour of retirement of Professor Andrzej Stankiewicz |
The 2022 Pro2Tech Annual Event was organized on 1st July in De Oude Bibliotheek in Delft. The day was filled with activities to get to know each other better and strengthen the ties between the PhD/PDEng students, postdocs and principal investigators active within the Pro2Tech Institute. The theme of the day was “Process Intensification”, in honour of the retirement of previous DPTI director Professor Andrzej Stankiewicz.

In the morning, each of the research clusters presented their activities and plans, highlighting intensification strategies. In the afternoon, the students and postdocs enjoyed workshops about pitching their research and turning technology into business, while the principal investigators got to know each other better through speed-dating.

| The day was closed by a lecture by Andrzej Stankiewicz, emphasizing the importance of process intensification and electrification of our process industry for a sustainable future. Andrzej received a personalized drawing thanking him for countless years of connecting, inspiration and vision. We thank all who contributed to making this Annual Event a great success! |
