Thunderbrook Gentle Gain Product Test - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The product test is open to UK residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of Thunderbrook and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
   
2. How to Enter: Participants must:
   
   
   • Subscribe to the Thunderbrook Newsletter.
   • Share a photo of their horse on social media and tag Thunderbrook Horse Feed account.
   • Provide their social media account name (Facebook or Instagram).
     
     
3. Selection Process: Thunderbrook will select 20 participants based on the information provided. Selection is at Thunderbrook's discretion and is final.
   
   
4. Product Test Details:
   
   
   • Each selected tester will receive two (2) bags of Thunderbrook Gentle Gain for free.
     
     
   • Testers are required to:
     
     
     • Provide clear "before, during, and after" photos of their horse.
       
       
     • Share at least one photo of their horse on social media (post or story) and tag Thunderbrook Horse Feed.
       
       
     • Submit an honest testimonial about their experience with Gentle Gain.
       
       
5. Content Usage: By participating, testers grant Thunderbrook the right to use their submitted photos and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes, including online and print materials.
   
   
6. No Cash Alternative: The product is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   
   
7. Modification and Termination: Thunderbrook reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   
   
8. Data Protection: Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Thunderbrook's privacy policy and only for the purposes of this product test.
   
   
9. Liability: Thunderbrook is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the product test or use of the product.
   
   
10. Agreement to Terms: By participating, testers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    
    
11. Deadline: The deadline for applications is 30th March 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
