Evaluation of SCL Products
This questionnaire is part of the evaluation of the SCL products: SCL Original, SCL, SCL Light and SCL ASA, with the different steps applicable.

The Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) (Veiligheidsladder for parts of the Dutch market) is an assessment method for (occupational) health and safety (culture and behavior) in companies. The emphasis is on a safe and healthy culture. The SCL is intended to encourage companies, their clients and suppliers to consciously work safely and more healthily. The higher the safety and health maturity level in an organization, the higher the assigned step on the ladder.

The goal of this evaluation is to find out whether the products really contribute to the goals of the SCL and whether the measurement of safety and health culture via the different products contributes to a healthier and safer work environment.

Therefore, it is also important to know what the shortcomings are and what their impact is, all from the perspective of the different interests involved.

If necessary, the evaluation will lead to an adjustment of the different SCL products or the development of new products.

In this questionnaire, you will find questions related to each of the SCL products. Please only answer the questions related to the SCL products you have worked with
