Tijdens de derde editie van het HZ Discovery Café vertelt Iris van de Velde over haar onderzoek naar hoe toeristische ondernemers in Zeeland kunnen bijdragen aan de gezondheid van lokale inwoners. Iris is de eerste professional doctorate (PD) van de HZ.
