Let’s kick this off with some straight-up good news... Brighton restaurant Dilsk has been named as a finalist in the Best Value Set Menu category at The Good Food Guide Awards 2025. We’ve got everything crossed for ya, buddies! |
Indulgence may be called for. Jude described Pearly Cow’s new Sunday menu as ‘shamazin’’ (that’s Scottish for scrumptious). And we’d argue the excellent new tasting menus at The Fig Tree or etch. would cheer anyone up. Or, keep it simply delicious with a slice of Fatto x Neal’s Yard Dairy Quattro Formaggi. (Hell yeah!)

Brighton’s busy and we’re here for it! terre à terre’s glow-up is done, so sneak in for a peek. The legendary Chilli Pickle has moved to Meeting House Lane, Pompoko has branched out into Kemptown and Burger and Lobster is headed our way this February.
Burns Night is on 25th January. With a full-blooded Scot and a few Scot-ish members of the team, we take our ‘pudding’ seriously. Luckily, there are some no-holds-bard (pun intended) Burns Night menus down here, in case you don’t feel like braving the weather up there… |
