Hello Brighton!
One of the things we love about this city is that you never know where it’s going to take you. For example, last Saturday we headed out to try the magic, alcohol-free drinks at Tørstigbar, before trundling off into Kemptown. Passing lively terraces and drag stars, we landed at Momo House, DaddyLonglegs - quite a vibe - then ended at with *chef’s kiss* Lost Boys wings at The Joker. Random. Spontaneous. Fun!
Here’s some ideas for your next walkabout plus a few you might have to book...
Terre à Verre!
One of our favourite offers is back from 22 Nov - 3 Dec - order a plate of Terre à Terre’s incredible tapas with hot salty chips and a 500ml carafe of organic wine for two to share and it’s a delicious steal at only £29.50 per person.
It’s Already Christmas at The Cider Tap
There’s a BIG Little Christmas Market at The Cider Tap on Saturday 25 November with local produce, decorations, food and craft cider. Book a wreath making workshop for the grownups and snowglobe workshop for the kids.
Oyster Feast at The Urchin
The Urchin in Hove is a pretty special place with its onsite, craft brewery Larrikin and seafood kitchen extraordinaire. On Monday 27 November, the pub will welcome the return of the native oyster season with a feast. Get yours by the dozen.

A Slow Sunday at The Cricketers
|
|
|
|
The Cricketers pub in central Brighton has had centuries to find its pace and, on Sundays, its slow and cosy. Immerse yourself in local history while you indulge in slow-cooked meats piled on roasted vegetables with yorkshire puds drenched in gravy - the wisdom of ages on a plate.

RB Diary
Best of luck to local author Joe Minihane and RB photographer Ellen Richardson for the launch of An Opinionated Guide to Brighton at Kemptown Books on 23 November. Book your spot for a signed copy or put it on your Christmas List.
We fancy trying Scotty’s new winter cocktails at the ultra glam Ink Bar at etch. (sign up to their newsletter today for an exclusive Black Friday offer)…after that, we might just shake it up and see what happens.
Yours full of possibility,
Hannah & Team RB
