The usual timetable
As usual, BRAVO voting will open at the very start of February and run for six weeks, with winners announced in late March or early April. We'll confirm the exact dates as soon as possible.
A sustainable change

You may have seen the work we’ve been doing with the University of Brighton on the Sustainability Toolkit, which includes a checklist and fantastic case studies from Nostos, Moshimo, Lost in the Lanes, Jo and Co, Redroaster, and Oeuf.
Please complete the sustainability checklist
This year, if you’d like your venue to be considered in the Sustainability Champions category, we’re asking you to complete the Sustainability Checklist, which you can find here.
By completing the checklist, your venue will:
- Be awarded one of the Sustainability Badge levels: Champion, Leader, or Explorer
- Be automatically entered into the BRAVOS Sustainability Champions category (previous winners include Majahma (2024), Real Junk Food Project (2023), The Roundhill (2022) and Moshimo (2019, 2020)
- Be added to the Sustainable Restaurants page on Restaurants Brighton
We’ll also send you a window sticker and a digital badge, so you can proudly showcase your sustainability journey to your customers.
