Hello Brittany
It’s time to roll up our sleeves and get ready for this year’s BRAVOS.
A massive thank you to all our sponsors, without whom the BRAVOS wouldn't be possible.
Voting launches Tuesday, 4th February
Your voting page: It helps massively if you check your listing on the site and let us know if any of the information is wrong or if you have a nice new exterior image you’d like us to upload. If this is your first BRAVOS please use this form to enter.
Please let us know if your link isn't working.
Categories: You won’t be able to see your categories yet. Please use this form to tell us which ones you’d like to be entered into. This year, we are limiting venues to a maximum of 4 categories per venue.
What’s new
Category tweaks: Following feedback last year, we are changing Best Vegan Food back to Plant Champions. This acknowledges that many non-vegan venues do an outstanding job catering to vegan diners. We’ve also replaced Best Coffee with Best Brews & Bakes – for some of us, the best coffee is a cup of tea and a cake after all!
A sustainable change: You may have seen the work we’ve been doing with the University of Brighton on the Sustainability Toolkit, which includes a checklist and fantastic case studies from Notos, Moshimo, Lost in the Lanes, Jo and Co, Redroaster, and Oeuf. Please complete the sustainability checklist if you want to be entered into the Sustainability Champions category. You’ll also receive a special window sticker!
We have made you an individual QR code: This year, we’ll be providing everyone with their own QR code that links to your voting page. Yours is available for download at the link below and you’re free to use it however you like.
Please get in touch if your QR code link isn't workingqr/
Reducing waste: This year, we’re not distributing our cards. We know some of you love them, but we’re also aware that many go unused. We usually print and distribute 70,000 cards. This change means you can customise print with your QR code and branding, as well as make full use of the branding assets we provide each year.
Collaboration with a local artist: We are working with local artist Kirsti Davidson to produce beautiful posters and imagery as part of this year’s BRAVOS.
What will happen next
We’ll be sending out more information in the lead-up to the BRAVOS, so please keep your eyes peeled.
If you have any questions, you can always contact us at hello@restaurantsbrighton.co.uk or reach out to me, Ivanka, on 07968 704460.
We’re very much looking forward to the 2025 BRAVOS and can’t wait to reveal a few more ideas that will be part of this year’s celebration of our brilliant and diverse hospitality scene – the BRAVOS.
