At this week’s Michelin Awards, Sussex proudly celebrated:
One Michelin Star: Interlude, Gravetye Manor, and Ben Wilkinson at The Pass retained their stars.
Green Stars: Tillingham and Interlude held their Green Stars.
Bib Gourmand: Burnt Orange, Cin Cin, Flint House, Palmito, Dill (Lewes), and The Royal (St Leonards) kept their awards.

It was a pleasure to attend the launch of Burger & Lobster on Market Street! The stunning new restaurant in The Lanes is definitely a reason to celebrate. Guests were treated to mouthwatering sliders, deep-filled lobster rolls, a showstopping oyster bar, and Boho Gelato ice-cream cones. Behind the bar, local drinks brands (Artelium, Albourne, Goldstone Rum, Brighton Gin, Gunn, Sipello, InTune and more) kept the party flowing. |
Out and about this week, we spotted the first snowdrops. Local friends tell me the wild garlic is ready for foraging. Look out for this delicious seasonal treat on menus. Or go and grab some for yourselves…
